Innovation Fuels is a company in Newark that turns kitchen grease and animal fat into fuel. But the plant doesn’t smell like a refinery or a fast food joint. The raw material comes in through a pipeline and is turned into biodiesel, which is mixed with regular diesel and sold to customers in Europe and the United States. It’s all part of the green energy movement, according to President John Fox. (Video by Joe Perone/The Star-Ledger)

Israeli artist visits Arts High

Hanoch Piven is an Israeli cartoonist who pokes fun at celebrities as well as politicians. He is the author of five children’s books, using food and household items to illustrate funny facves charicatures for Time, Newsweek and Rolling Stone.
