Matthew Deibert is known as the sand man of Atlantic City, and summer is high season for this sand sculptor. The 43-year-old father of six and full-time firefighter uses his spare time to turn the sands of the New Jersey shore into the forms of castles, biblical themes and whimsical scenes. (Video by Ana M. Trying to outlaw “saggy” jeans

The City of Paterson is contemplating whether or not to put an end to the “saggy” jean trend. Councilman Anthony Davis is trying to push though a proposal that would make it possible for the city to fine those who wear their pants so low you can see their underwear. Unknown substance sickens dozens in Newark

An unknown substance wafted through a Newark apartment building, sending at least 29 people to the hospital. Emergency responders were called around 11:25 a.m. to the six-family building at 521 S. 17th St. after residents complained of light headedness, sore throats and itchy eyes. The building was evacuated. (Video by John O’Boyle)
