Surfers who waited out the remnants that was Tropical Depression Barry were treated to head-high waves that only got better as the wind shifted to the west and the tide dropped. This 3-minute clip features action at Howe Street in Bay Head and Brielle Road in Manasquan. The guy getting covered up on the 20-second ride at the end of the clip is Squan local star Chris Rooney.
